This post-graduate program has been designed for those who would like a career as human resources specialists. This course prepares the graduates to be specialists in human resources to develop implement and evaluate human resources and labour relations policies, programs, and procedures, as well as advise managers and employees on personal matters. Human resources specialists are employed throughout private and public sectors or may be self-employed.
